No Task is too Complicated
Joanne spends every day meeting the needs of her patient case load, going above-and-beyond is her norm. Joanne is a tremendous asset to our "Kaiser family".
She coordinates care for our Oncology patients and supports the physicians. Joanne is the queen of multi-tasking, never leaving anyone or any detail out.
She is also considered a social worker, therapist, grief counselor, nurse, shoulder to cry on, great listener, appointment scheduler, lab & x-ray translator, friend and the most compassionate and caring person that I know.
There is never a task too complicated for Joanne. It's hard to remember what we ever did without her.
