Ordering Baby Portrait Prints
To order baby portrait prints online, click the link below and enter the two passwords that were provided to the mother at the time the baby photo was taken.
Mothers who sign a consent form at the hospital requesting that their baby's image be posted can view their baby's portrait on the Kaiser Santa Rosa website. Babies are identified by their birthdate and initials.
Each mother who chooses to have her baby photographed is given an order form at the hospital. The first password is a combination of 12 numbers and letters that can be found above the barcode on the order form. The second password is the first 4 letters of the mother's last name. It is up to the mother to share these passwords with anyone wanting to place an order online. The hospital does not keep a record of these passwords, but the baby portrait photographer does so that photo orders can be placed in a secure way.

The baby's mother has given me the passwords, but I'm having trouble
accessing the online ordering website - what do I do?
After you've confirmed with the mother that the passwords are correct, please call Hospital Baby Portraits at (800) 431-1868 Monday through Friday from 9AM - 5PM (EST).
When are baby photos posted?
Baby photos are only posted after the baby has been released from the hospital. Please allow a few business days after the baby goes home for the stork to deliver the photographs to the webmaster. If your baby's photograph seems to be missing after reasonable stork delays, please call Hospital Baby Portraits at (800) 431-1868 Monday through Friday from 9AM - 5PM (EST) for assistance and they'll send out a search party stork. Please have your passwords available when calling.
How long are pictures available?
Baby photos are available for ordering for at least 18 months.
Can I change/correct the information displayed on my baby's webpage?
