I grew up in Sebastopol and received my Bachelors degree in exercise physiology from California State University Chico and Masters in physical therapy from Samuel Merritt College.

My hobbies include tap and jazz dancing, listening to Live- my favorite band while on a run, backpacking, spending time with my family and lounging at the lake.
