Couples Communication Skills

Learning how to communicate effectively is an ongoing process that requires skill even in the best of relationships. Problems in relationships are not the issue. The important thing is how we deal with them. Learn more effective ways to bring up difficult topics, reduce defensiveness, and understand eachother's perspective.
