BioI was born and raised in South Africa, and graduated from the University of Capetown, South Africa. During my internship year, I participated in the world's first heart transplant by Dr. Christian Barnard. I was a member of the Royal College of Physicians before immigrating to the United States in 1973. I did my fellowship at Wadsworth VA Medical Center, UCLA. I am Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. | |

More details about my specialty:I have been in the practice of Nephrology in Santa Rosa since 1975. In 1987, I founded the Kidney Transplant Program at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital and served as Medical Director for most of its tenure. In 1988, I was Chief of Staff at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. I am the Medical Director of the Satellite Dialysis Center in Santa Rosa. |
