Lose some extra pounds at a healthy discount. We've teamed with Weight Watchers® to help you save money on regular membership fees. Weight Watchers uses a combination of coaching and in person local meetings, online tools and healthy eating plans and tracking to help you manage your food and weight, stay motivated and keep you informed. The 10,000 Steps® Program

Increasing your daily steps can give you more energy, lessen stress, improve weight management and decrease your chance of developing many diseases. Using a personal pedometer, you'll measure every step you take. A few extra steps in the morning, during a lunch break or while shopping can add up. The more you step, the better you will feel! Class: Helping Overweight Members Exercise (H.O.M.E.)

This new 8 week class is for Kaiser Permanente members with a body mass index (BMI) of 35-45. It's designed to help you start and stay on an exercise program that works for you. The class is held weekly for an hour, in the late afternoon, and includes exercises you can do at home. Email your doctor to ask for a referral to join the class.
