Specify your zip code and then tell us who you need coverage for: just you, just your children, you and a spouse or domestic partner or coverage for your entire family.
- Children age 18 and older must apply separately and calculate their own rate.
- Three or more children will give you the same family rate.
- Spouses and domestic partners receive the same consideration. If you've lived with and been financially responsible for each other for at least six months, you're considered domestic partners.
When does my coverage become effective?
If we receive and approve your application on or before the 20th of the current month, your coverage usually begins on the first day of the following month. For example, if your application is received and approved on July 20, your coverage should begin on August 1. If your application is received and approved on July 27, your coverage should begin on September 1.
