DMV Appointments

Please contact us directly at (707) 566-5550 to book your DMV appointment. A urine specimen is required for this examination, and will be done at the time of your visit. DMV requires corrected and uncorrected vision testing. If you wear contacts, you will need to remove them. If you wear glasses, please bring them to your appointment.
