My Medical Specialty | |
More details about my specialty:My father was a physician, and my grandfather founded the section of rectal surgery at the Mayo Clinic in 1918. My great uncle and cousin are urologists. My great, great grandfather graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1877 exactly 100 years before I graduated. Therefore, as I grew up, there was only one expectation of me. Through this early and long exposure to the practice of medicine, I learned this was the path for me. |
