Description
Mango and coconut add a tropical flavor to this refreshing sorbet.
Ingredients
- 1⁄4 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 10 oz bag frozen mangoes
- 1⁄2 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
- 1⁄3 cup soy milk
Instructions
Reserve 1 tablespoon of coconut. Blend the rest of the ingredients in a Vita-Mix or other high-powered blender. Sprinkle a little of the remaining coconut over each serving.
