Description
Easy to prepare, yet packed with flavor. This is a great lunch or dinner on a busy day.
Ingredients
- 1 block firm Tofu
- Low-sodium pasta sauce
- 5 mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- Spices to taste (try dill and cumin)
Instructions
Sauté mushrooms in a few teaspoons of water until soft. Slice tofu in 1/4 inch thick slices. Top tofu steaks with pasta sauce, mushrooms, corn, and spices.
Bake on lightly oiled cookie sheet for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
