Description
A healthy variation on traditional Thai peanut sauce. Great for stir fries or as a dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup raw almond butter
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 2 medjool dates, pre-soaked in water for 30 minutes
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger root
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a Vita-Mix until creamy. Add more orange juice for a thinner sauce.
