Description
A delicious and healthful alternative to a traditional Caesar salad dressing. It is thick, full of garlic and ready in a few minutes. Pour over a basic romaine salad and enjoy!
Ingredients
- 4 clv garlic, minced or pressed
- 1⁄2 block firm Tofu
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp stoneground mustard (no salt added)
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp water, or more to achieve desired consistency
Instructions
Mince garlic in a food processor until it is in small pieces or press with a garlic press and add to food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Refrigerate until serving time.
