Bio

I began working in human services over 30 years ago. During that time, I have worked primarily in medical settings, partly because I enjoy an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.

I have found the patients at Kaiser to be particularly motivated and willing to face life's challenges. Fortunately, we enjoy an abundance of resources at Kaiser to assist patients with their personal goals.

Meeting with a Behavioral Medicine Consultant is often the starting point for this process.

No referral is needed, so patients have easy access to an assessment, short-term treatment and information about classes and support groups that might be of help.
